My in-laws came up with this ingenious diversion. Making the kids do
it over a tealight limits the amount they scoff, and keeps them
occupied for about half am hour. Genius.

Birthday party fun

There are about three other colleagues now in the same boat as us,
with one toddler and one baby in the nursery and it was quite fun that
both girls were invites to a party with similarly aged children and
babes. Who knew village halls were so fab?

Roz can crawl

And let it be known that on the evening of a Wednesday, being the
third day of the second month of 2010 young Rosalind did crawl an
entire five feet on limbs of her own without once flopping on her
belly and wailing. And thus was it known by her nursery key worker,
mother, sister and later her iwnly slightly unbelieving father that
she couldst crawl.
